Alhamdulillah, our stay at BKC Palace Inn was truly delightful. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the U.S. Embassy, with the Hare Krishna vegetarian restaurant nearby and a masjid conveniently close for attending Fajr prayers. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, always ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests. We are sincerely grateful for the hospitality. Jazakallah Khair to the entire BKC Palace Inn team for making our stay so pleasant.

I checked in very late,the communication was superb i told them single room which was very clean no smell bathroom are good n tidy,a good budget hotel,the staffs are very helpfull.

After reading so many negative reviews I was suspicious about a good stay at this property. As I had already booked it on AirB&B for 10 days, I messaged the host regarding my concerns. I was told that the management of the property recently changed and now the service is much better and all the bad reviews are from the past although there are some negative remarks from recent months. However, I checked in there and they tried their best to make my stay comfortable. The surrounding area is a mess but it’s close to BKC where important offices are located. The management should focus on noise cancellation, water, rat issues etc. And people can give them a chance with short stays. My room was comfortable but other guests talking loud can be disturbing.

The rooms are decent, with about an hour of commute to most locations across Mumbai. There are decent restaurant options nearby and excellent management. Overall, it was a great stay.

It's good for visiting for visa purpose coz it's near to 🇺🇸 usa Embassy. It's a very small hotel, in a shabby area. But if you are visiting for a visa and want to take a break from Mumbai heat, then it's good.
