The hotel is very nice. I liked the rooms . The pillow covers bedsheets and blankets, and everything was nice. But the location is very scary. To be honest, me as a girl, didn't feel safe.

After reading so many negative reviews I was suspicious about a good stay at this property. As I had already booked it on AirB&B for 10 days, I messaged the host regarding my concerns. I was told that the management of the property recently changed and now the service is much better and all the bad reviews are from the past although there are some negative remarks from recent months. However, I checked in there and they tried their best to make my stay comfortable. The surrounding area is a mess but it’s close to BKC where important offices are located. The management should focus on noise cancellation, water, rat issues etc. And people can give them a chance with short stays. My room was comfortable but other guests talking loud can be disturbing.

Okayish place to stay. The best part is that it is very nearby to the US consulate general visa interview center. It is hardly 1 km away from that. The rooms are good. The location is not so good as it is located in scrap bazar. The food is not so great. It is advisable to go outside for food. Ola, Uber taxis might not come to hotel as it is not convenient location.
