Though the location is not so good, outside looks like a hotel is located in some yard !! But the rooms are good and well cleaned !! Staff is also friendly and near to US consulate

The rooms are decent, with about an hour of commute to most locations across Mumbai. There are decent restaurant options nearby and excellent management. Overall, it was a great stay.

After reading so many negative reviews I was suspicious about a good stay at this property. As I had already booked it on AirB&B for 10 days, I messaged the host regarding my concerns. I was told that the management of the property recently changed and now the service is much better and all the bad reviews are from the past although there are some negative remarks from recent months. However, I checked in there and they tried their best to make my stay comfortable. The surrounding area is a mess but it’s close to BKC where important offices are located.
The management should focus on noise cancellation, water, rat issues etc. And people can give them a chance with short stays. My room was comfortable but other guests talking loud can be disturbing.

Hotel was fine, location was a little bad. It's in between vehicle spare parts shop but there was no pictures of that online on booking.com.
It was hard to sleep due to noisy vehicles and fire on the opposite side.
